P. Marlene Boshears, Esq.
Owner & Attorney
P. Marlene Boshears, Esq. graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2006. Mrs. Boshears has twelve years of extensive, trial litigation experience from her time serving the state as a Department of Children's Services' attorney, her time serving as guardian ad litem for children, her time advocating for parent's rights, her advocacy in special education law for children, and her many cases involving divorce and custody disputes. Ms. Boshears is the mother of three children and a leader in the church and local community with service on the Juvenile Justice Task Force Committee Court Improvement for eight years, service as a leader for a Girl Scout troop for six years, service on church council, and service as a pro bono attorney for the Davis House Child Advocacy Center. Ms. Boshears is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar, the Davidson County Bar, and the Maury County Bar. Ms. Boshears has presented at the statewide CASA program, presented at the Tennessee Bar Association Family Law Division, and presented at the Public Defenders' Conference.
Lisa C. Diaz, paralegal, is an honors graduate with a Paralegal A.S. degree from Westwood College. During her time at Westwood she successfully obtained certifications in Case Research, Litigation Research and Statutes Research. Ms. Diaz is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, as well as being a member of the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations and International Paralegal Management Association. She earned her A.S. degree from Westwood College in 2013 and additionally earned an A.A. degree in International Business from Los Angeles Pierce College in 1998. She reads, writes and speaks Spanish fluently which has contributed greatly to her professional growth. She also loves to read suspense novels and take long walks in the country.
